The sensors window has all of the temperature and voltage sensor readings.
Your N.B. heatsink temperatures are good, but your cpu core temps are way to high if your system was not running a stress test.
Your cpu core temps might be part of the problem.
The stock Intel cpu heatsink is a P.O.S. that is marginally adequate for normal use.
Your computer case and fans can have a major effect on overall cooling efficiency.
Make sure that the cpu heatsink is secure and that all four push pin mounts are secure.
You can run your cpu fan at full speed all of the time by changing the bios settings in the bios PC Health window.
Attached is my sensor window with my system at idle with 73o F or 23.5o C ambient temperature .
My core temp sensors never go below 40o & 35o C.
