Hello there,
I got a problem with a mouse.I Got a mouse for couple of weeks but it doesn't work after i reboot my PC.I have every time to unplug and replug in while computer is on to make it work.
My mouse is Razer Naga Hex.
I spoke with Razer company i made a lot of changes both bios and windows but it didnt worked and we found that mouse is ok cause i tested on other computer with gigabyte motherboard.So they told me that maybe is motherboards fault or something with usb ports and i should ask gigabyte..I Send to technical suport but i got no answer 1-2 days before..Anyone could help me ?I Really appreciate..
P.S. My old mouse working (Microsoft simple mouse)
