  • Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 Vcore reading stuck at 2.220V

Is it the ITE IT8728F (ISA A30h) motherboard sensor or CPU sensor that could cause this or something else? The actual voltage is normal. Last week the reading was fine and today it's not anymore. I've reset and flashed the BIOS a few times to make sure it wasn't the problem. I've used CPU-Z, HWMonitor, and AIDA64 to check and all 3 are the same, Vcore 2.220V. Everywhere I've looked has little to no information about this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It's stuck at reading 2.220V in all programs at any speed or setting, but the actual voltage is normal. I have no way of monitoring the voltage, unless in the BIOS and on the CPU voltage page.

Sounds like he's got a bad sensor. That would drive me crazy, I would contact Gigabyte about it.

It must be the ITE IT8728F (ISA A30h) motherboard sensor, because the rest of the voltages are stuck in place as well... Thanks all for the help and advice.
