    Can you disable 1 of the bios, as i think this is a problem with my motherboard, as when it boot loops it catch's the other bios as i have not flashed them both with the same bios, i get different Gigabytes logos when it boot loops

      you press alt and f10 together repeatedly at splash screen,this flashes both chips with the same bios

            yeah you did sorry but as stasio said you cant disable any bios chips so the next best thing is to flash both with the same bios,it might stop it booting from the backup bios

              Might have sorted the problem out, brought Gigabyte 7950 windforce and when i ran 3dmark on the second test my pc reboots, just bought new PSU and now 3dmark works now ,so hopefully it have cured the reboot problem..

                    I've had the same problem with this board for over a year.
                    it's just an issue with THIS PARTICULAR board!!!!!

                    I read somewhere a while ago you can flash some custom BIOS to it which will fix the issue but I can't seem to find it.(Standard BIOS from gigabyte doesn't fix the issue!)

                      Think i tried that custom bios but no joy but i changed to a Asrock Z77 Extreme4 board and no problems what so ever with it..
