I'm planning to build a server with a Gigabyte X79 board, the Gigabyte GA-X79S-UP5 to be exact and I have a question. I want to install 64GB of DDR3 with a frequency of 2133Mhz, I'm currently using 32GB of DDR3 at 2133Mhz with all 8 DIMM slots populated and it works perfectly. If i install 64GB of RAM at 2133Mhz will it be stable? Has anybody tried it with a X79 board and whats your experience?

should be stable,as all overclocking is done through the cpu multiplier and not the bclkGigabyte z77x UP4-TH F11c Modded Bios
