Gigabyte p55a ud4 freezing on start up

    Hmm ok so I clicked the recovery options box and clicked next, then clicked start up repair, it said it fixed one problem and restarted, then it just booted right from the disc again, am I supposed to keep selecting start up repair and keep restarting?

      yeh do it a few times,sometimes it takes a few tries to fix it

        Tried it 5 times and it still didn't work, it kept fixing the same thing something about the partition on the hard drive, I decided to do a clean install hopefully it will not up fine now, got any ideas what could of caused this when all I did was change some bios settings for my 4ghz overclock, because I'm going to overclock again when this fresh install is complete and don't want it messing up the hard drive again...
