Is it safe now to download the latest BIOS for the z68xp-ud4 v1.3 motherboard? And if so are there any performance gains by doing so. And one other question is how exactly should this be done? I understand this is entirely different from flashing the BIOS. I don't know the procedure for executing. Thank you for any help in advance. I guess asking if it's safe probably isn't the right question to ask because this update isn't in BETA stage so it has been tried and tested.

safest way is to extract it to a usb memory stick and flash through the bios and qflash,you will have all the latest tweaks and fixes,what they are idk,it might mention a few things on the website next to each bios versionGigabyte z77x UP4-TH F11c Modded Bios
