i have just put a ssd drive in and installed windows 7 everything seems to be working ok.The bios i am using at the monent is F5 when it boots it says the ahci only supports hard drives and cdroms but the system still boots pretty fast into windows should i upgrade the bios or leave it on the F5 bios because everything seems to be working fine.

I would update the Bios for sure. Don't use the @Bios, use Qflash to do it. Also if you have any overclocks set your bios back to default before you flash and the load optimized default once you flash. Good luck.
