Is there a possible way to upgrade bios for this MB to PCIEX 3.0?

You can use PCIE 3.0 cards in that board, but they will run at PCIE 2.0

As for BIOS update to enable PCIE 3.0, not sure if that will happen or is even possible or not? You'll need PCIE 3.0 capable CPU too, but all of this is probably not possible due to the board being made before PCIE 3.0 so there is no 3.0 switches on the board.

You can ask directly though and find out if this is possible or might be included in the future. Ask here and please be patient, it can take several days to hear back and it's a holiday week/weekend there now too.

AMD PCIe access is done through the north-bridge, no direct access like Intel CPUs and not even 9xx chipset support PCIe 3.0.
So no, and it doesn't seem AMD will support PCIe 3.0 in the near future:

In 2012, AMD will introduce its AMD 1090FX and 1070 Chipsets, as replacements to its current 990X and 970. The most interesting part is the new chipsets still will not support PCI-Express 3.0.
