ok see where it says the 6 turbo ratio limits above? set them all to where you want to clock to,so set them to 39 for each one aswell as setting cpu clock ratio,see if it works then,i think the turbo limit wasnt set high enough for all cores

i cant see from those screenshots but there might be an option to set the lower turbo limit aswell,if that doesnt work you can always disable intel turbo boost yourself and set the cpu multi to what you want it to be and re enble all your cpu power saving states eist,c1e and c3,c6 and it will work that way(cpu will run at 3.9ghz when stressed and auto downclock when idle)

ok so i cant seem to find a way to adjust the indivual cores and when i enable any of the eist, c1e c3/c6 it locks up at the windows screen ....if i could find a way to adjust the individual cpus ...

yup tried with that as well ..... i was able to get my little clock with it again

maybe im missing something,but with turbo disabled it should stay at whatever multiplier you set?
