well it could just be a bios bug or incompatibility issue with the bios and that make/model of ram and sleep,i know its stable in tests but s3 sleep saves your computers state to your ram and resumes from it when it wakes up,if a ram setting or related voltage isnt enough or is slightly off it wont wake up properly,if it doesnt cure or improve it put the settings back and see whether any new bios's fix it,i remember my mb having the same issue for a good few months after release,but newer bios's fixed it

SOLVED: Two Problems: GA-Z68XP-UD4

Well, I think I've solved my last remaining problem, that of the CPU multiplier changing to a low value (16X) after coming out of S3 sleep. What I found the problem to be was that I had "Real-Time Ratio Changes in OS" enabled in the BIOS. This allowed me to use ET6 to change the voltages & multiplier to find the optimum overclock voltages & frequency. After disabling this feature, the multiplier value now holds after coming out of sleep.
