So there's no chance i can apply SOC bios :(
BTW last night i was nearly able to exchange my UD to an OC version Gigabyte 1:1. The guy's card didnt adjusted the fan between 20-70% and annoyed him, but now he wants to send it back to store and get refund and buy HD6950. I think i read about that fan problem, and could solve it. Next time :)Comment

Ya, you are right then. I just googled uP6213AJ and find it used on some cards and none of them allow voltage adjustments.
So even if you could flash OC or SOC BIOS onto it, there would be no voltage adjustments.
