That memory will be fine, it's listed as compatible with all the other GA-P67A boards so it will be fine in that one too.
    G.SKILL-Products

Memory and CPU are separate on P67, so you can clock CPU to any speed you want, and memory at it's own speed.

      i know that
im asking good memorys for reach 4.0-4.5 in the CPU xD

there is ripjaws x a little more cheap but with high latency, but i dont know what is the differente, because both (memorys) run at 1600mhz

You want ram with the lowest latency/tightest timings, you might be able to run the cheaper ram with same timings as the expensive ram by adding more qpi voltage, you won't see any real world improvement though, only in benchmarks

It depends, tighter timings are always better

The Best Memory for Sandy Bridge | bit-tech.net
Note that CPU was actually downclocked, and it is possible that results will vary with higher clocks.
Seems you will be fine with DDR-1600 CL 6.

Re: Building new rig for OC

the memory .. from what ive read those look good. timing and voltage
1800mhz isnt a setup used for p67 it seems .
The memory u mention runs at 1.5 , and from my experience gskill memory will take increased voltages if you want to experiment with timing, but that could take you out of the xmp.
2000+ rated memory seems to provide very little performance increase (from reviews).
4000-4500 seems to be easily achieveable even with the standard cooler cos the cpu doesnt heat op much even going to 4.5g.Its only those going for the 4.5-5G seem to need aftermarket coolers.

the cpu power consumption is rated fairly low and seems to hardly move much on the intel pretty much standard built in 1ghz overclock which would leave you at 4.3 ghz.
So do u need an 850w psu and aftermarket cpu coolerwhen you are going for that speed range?
I dont think the ud3p supports that many gx cards to drain the power as it is?

I dont know how many sata devices you are going to use ,but perhaps consider getting the gigabyte ud7 p67 mbrd instead if u can save some cash on the psu and cooler .it gives you a lot more options.
The board also (from reviews) seems to provide more headroom if you want to vary the bclk off the 100mhz mark.

If you are instead thinking really of trying for a 4.5 -5ghz oc perhaps stick with what u mentioned

You can use any memory you like is what I meant, it's not going to improve or hinder your overclocking.

See my sig. if you would like to know what brand I would suggest :)
