What CPU are you using?
So you're just having problems setting timings right? What are you trying to set them at?
You probably need more QPI/Vtt for sure (1.4-1.5), and IOH may help if you lower it instead of raise (Maybe 1.14)
Here is how to disable Auto restart on BSOD so it will stay on screen

Nice when things work. I need to uncore clock to 20 , otherwise it wont boot. But will try lower ioh later. Maybe dont need that much like u say !Gigabyte P67A-UD3P , I5 2500K@5ghz 1.35v , A-DATA DDR3 1866mhz , XFX HD6870, Corsair Force F120
