Post your settings using the template in this post (for the G31M-ES2L.)
Also provide details abut your memory specs and CPU model number.
You can post screen capture of CPU-Z's CPU, Motherboard, and SPD tabs (it is possible to run several instances of CPU-Z)

      Why is this so high?
      PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [145]

That's going to hurt your graphics card and hard drives if that is really the correct amount you are using. If it is I'm surprised you can boot :)

I'd try to set memory multiplier auto, 2.66 or 2.5 and deal with the memory later.
Try more Vcore. VID range is up to 1.425v just watch over the temperature.
Are you using the built-in graphics or an add-on card?

i already up the Vcore to 1.406V and hit 68C with Thermal OFF and the arithmatic test score seem more stable...but i dont think i can pass the occt test....hahaha..and is 68 hot enough to fry my cpu?

Intel says Tcase 67.7C, are you using stock cooler?
Did you try to lower memory multiplier?

and is there any way for me to change the multiplier?

and why if i set my Vcore to 1.406V in monitor just run 1.344V?power supply problem?

The CPU Voltage drops from what you set in the BIOS, and from Idle to Load, that is by Intel design.

                      What cooler are you using?

i using cooler master 101 heat sink with 2 fan....
                        max 69C at 3.85Ghz (257 FSB X 15)

i tried for 258 but occt failed....that's the max for my rig...
waiting my ocz DDR2 800Mhz then try to up again...
                        can i reach 4Ghz above?
