Anyone knows of the best possible settings for this mobo with DDR3 1333 8GB Memory? Thanks... any help is appreciated

I have not set it up yet as I am still awaiting for other components..... I found from anandtech.com that some were able to oc to 4ghz with the i5 but some on the i7 860 but not certain by what bios settings and what cooler used... they had to modify alittle on using the H50 but not too much.
