what do you mean by on charge? you mean under cpu load/stress? and what are your room temperatures? makesure you have the heatsink correctly fitted and you use good quality thermal paste like mx2 or mx3

english is fine,have you checked everything? cpu heatsink is on correctly? seems a little high,you have cpu watercooled? if so its high for water,what cpu voltage and qpi/vtt voltages are you using?

yes if its just the north bridge,maybe you could cut the loop and use the watercooling on the northbridge too? my north bridge is around 45-49c but with that gtx maybe its heating it up extra

You could replace the thermal paste under the NB heatsink and that will help a bit, but if you do be very careful as it is bare silicon under there.

Or you could add a fan over the NB. In general X58 NB is fairly hot though, so you aren't going to get it too cool without using water.
