yes if its 1156 socket then you can use any 1156 chip,IMPORTANT it wont support onboard graphics tho,only i3 and some i5 chips i think support onboard gpu,and yes 5770 graphics card will run fineGigabyte z77x UP4-TH F11c Modded Bios

Yes it will work fine, and I have that board, and same CPU on it's way too, so if you need me to test anything I can.
I have used this board with 655K (Onboard GFX CPU), and a 875K (No Onboard GPU), works fine with either CPU so I would assume 860 will be fine as well.Comment

you mean the uncore freq? its 2x ram multi +1 so an 8x ram multiplier will be 16 or 17x uncore freq,idk if its limited with that chip/mb,dram voltages should be set according to ram either 1.66 or 1.5v if its corsair,qpi/vtt should be around 1.2v as its a different system to the x58'sGigabyte z77x UP4-TH F11c Modded Bios
