i disabled those settings:

but my pc freezeing on "Starting windows" wats the problem?

EDIT:IT WORKS I JUST FORGOT TO TURN OFF THE INTERL TURBO BOOST trying the OCCT TEST
Edit:i was trying the occt test and its failed said error detected what should i do?

try with two clicks more on qpi/vtt voltage

ok i did that runned the occt test and my pc crashed and showed me bsod 0x00000124
rite now im on 1.355 QPI/VTT

124 is not enough qpi/vtt,keep raising and re-testing for 12gb you will need alot try around 1.38-1.4v

Oh ok I did 1.415 qpi vtt because I can't put extracly 1.4 it's ok?
edit:OCCT still fails my pc crashes without BSOD..Wats the problem o.o

what error code? you might need even more qpi/vtt because of 12gb,you can try with one or two clicks more on qpi

I dont get any error when im running OCCT after 5 mins my pc crashes without BSOD so i cant see any error ok im going to try this.
Edit:still my pc crashed while i was running OCCT Test BSOD pops out with 0x00000A

components are different some need more and some need less voltage,it just the luck of the draw whether you have a decent chip or not,mines just average ive seen chips run on less voltage plus your running 12gb's of ram im only running 6gb@1600mhz,you could try underclocking your memory if you dont wanna increase voltages,it may help with stability,try 1440mhz ram speed

Yes, some CPU's even need 1.4+ for 4Ghz, so it's normal to maybe need more than others you see
