I've spent the last few hours searching for a fix to this problem to no avail. I upgraded from Windows XP Pro 32bit to Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit today. Everything has gone smoothly except my 2TB drive is now showing as 1TB.
GA-P35-DS3L
Core 2 Duo 6750
AMD HD 4850
WD 2TB
Seagate 1TB x 2
Seagate 1.5TB
The drive in question is a Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB 64MB (model WD20EARS). This is not my boot drive. It had been working correctly for the past few months under XP. Now even in the BIOS its showing up as 1000GB. I tried updating the BIOS (via @BIOS to version F9), no change. Enabled AHCI, no change. The only change I've made since XP was to change the SATA ports that my drives are plugged into (I unplugged all but one when installing Windows to avoid formatting the wrong one).
Any help with this would be appreciated.
