what gigabyte board is the better choice for I5 build?

im wanting to build a I5 system. and want to use another gigabyte board(my ga-ep45-ud3p)board is awesome and want to stick with the gigabyte boards.
what is the best board for a I5 build. i do want to go with a SSD for my OS so it needs to be one that can handle that. this is gonna be a high end build for me($1500) roughly. i now there are some costly boards out there but some are a waist if not using all that the board offers. im not a big gamer. but i am going to be getting a HIS 5770 GPU for this build.i do alot of video encoding,transcodeing,decodeing ect.... i will have 3-4other hdds along with 4-5 burners. so plenty sata connections is a plus...

Hurry these will perhaps be replaced by cheaper models, as Sandy bridge 32nm 1155 socket is getting closer now. just like P45 did. well some models did remain in supply but who wants them anyway.
