It does say 4 clips there. Newegg only shows 2. I guess I'll buy it where it comes with 4 so I don't have to track down another pair.

Edit: Ok, I just ordered it. Should be here by next weekend. I went with the Cooler Master fans. I guess we'll see how good they are. They actually seem to get fairly good reviews.

I've had no problems with the "vanilla" Cooler Master 1200 rpm fans....they just work. ;)

I HATE clip fans!!!!! The pull fan on the left took longer to put on than the cooler did. It's really difficult to get it attached with that 8 pin power connector on the mobo in the way. However, it does lower my load temps by about 22c compared to the Zalman. If this thing were ANY bigger it would not have fit.

Nice to see you got it in there though!

If you did it with the heatsink off the CPU it would have been much easier, keep that in mind for next time you switch fans or clean them, ect.

Unfortunately the screws for the brackets that hold it down are directly under the fans. There is no way that I could see to get a screwdriver in there with the fans already attached. It was worth it though. It is idling right now at a cool 31c and it goes to 62c on IntelBurnTest, which it the hottest thing I have run on it. It probably would have hit 90c on the Zalman if I had let it run that long.

That's good temps for LinX, sounds like a great improvement!

I think Zalmans look nice, but that is about it, at least the ones I have used (9500 and 9700)

Not at all. You have the pcie bus locked at 100, right? If not make sure to do so.

PCI is Locked at 100 Mhz for maintain the stabilty. I dont found what do that dont work properly. And I dont posted my configuration because i dont sure if i must post it in your thread or if i need create a new.

Nice volts jack, i will try lower mine too :) perhaps mch and vtt can be lower like yours.... but vcore i dont think i can lower it, its different every chip right?
