Hello Lsmeasap. I'm back.
I have a new monitor and this is good (asus VW266H).
I tried the settings you've said and not successful.
I tried to change the times of the memories, voltages and nothing worked.
The computer reboots and starts by default.

That suggest I do?

So you have 8GB right? Just so you know now, you may not be able to run 8GB at 1066.

BIOS wont show 1066Mhz until you set it that way manually.

Try these settings for 4Ghz, ram will be at 900mhz

I forgot to change the CPU multiplier for you, and the FSB if you do have the same CPU mentioned here. I meant for those to be with CPU multi of 9, which you don't have if you have 9550.

Do you have Q9550?

If so then you will need to use 470 FSB for 4Ghz, which will put ram at 940
