      Oh LSDMEASAP,
I forgot to thank you for your advice. I know you are extremely busy so I appreciate it. I will give you some of my ideas about settings and if you would look them over and just give me an opinion on it to make sure I am not going to somehow destroy both BIOSes and my Proc in the process.LOL

I am busy too so I will get back to you in abit with them and you can drop a reply at your earliest convinience. Thanks Pal. appreciate your help.

Re: Q-flash Intervals when stepping up several BIOSes

No problem, and thanks for your kind words of support!

I am always here to help, so it's fine with me to help anytime. Sorry I have been busy lately though!

You wont destroy your CPU or BIOS at all trying settings, and you can even save up to 8 different BIOS profiles too if you want, so that way you can keep a stock one to go back to until you get your overclocked one stable.

F11 on the MAIN page of the BIOS is save, and F12 is load.

I'll advise you on settings once you post some up, thanks :)
