The only entry on the Intergarated Pheripherals page Of the BIOS there is onboard IDE controller but there is no entry for onboard SATA/IDE device and onboard SATA/IDE ctrl mode

The default setting is to configure SATA devices in IDE mode. The setting is probably called SATA RAID/AHCI mode, if it's set to disabled then IDE mode is being used.

if i enable these two and then disable SATA devices in IDE mode. then I think I should be ok?

If you load the setup defaults you will be fine, setup defaults from GB always configure SATA devices as IDE.
But I think what you said should work, but you'd have to be more clear about how the options are called exactly and what settings are available for me to be 100% sure (different boards often have different names for the same thing, or similar names for different things).

onboard IDE controller is enabled it shows that its not in the postbut i got the jpg from the web

Where do you have your SATA Hard drive connected?
It should be on SATA2_0 yellow, then the top two settings are for that controller, and you have them correctly set for IDE mode.
You can enable Native mode if you wantComment
