CMOS error 11 short beep ：CPU cache memory malfunction

hey everyone. i need a little help here.

i just upgraded my system: AMD Athlon II 7750 2.7Ghz x2
Foxconn AM2+ MB
Mushkin DDR2 800Mhz 4GB
to the : AMD Phenom II 955 3.2Ghz x4
Gigabyte GA-890XA-UD3
OCZ DDR3 1600Mhz 4GB
450 Watt PS
WD 250GB SATA II
nVidia 8500GT 512MB
TPLink WiFi
LG SATA DVD-RW w/LS

stated off very sluggish and always shutting down like its over heating. so i go into the bios before it shuts down on me ad the temps are very cool 37 to 39 C. then it starts to shut down and i get bios code "CMOS error 11 short beep ：CPU cache memory malfunction" what would be causing this. what component do i need to return the CPU or the MB.

any help would be greatly appreciated

have you updated to the latest bios?? your current bios might not fully support that chip

Perhaps the power supply has taken a nose-dive.

Any luck testing any new or different hardware with this yet?

Or did you update the BIOS yet? If you do, please use Qflash or DOS, DO NOT USE @BIOS!
