  • Help Locking down/optimizing X58A-UD3R

    Hey All !

So I have a new system, and so far it's working fantastic. I have a nice mild OC that's linx stable (10 passes) I just wanted to post my current settings and see if there was something I missed, some voltages I could tweak, etc... Thanks!

tried with lower cpu voltage?? i can use 1.18750 v for 3.8ghz clock, try with that for 3.2ghz

So even though the normal column gives me that voltage, I can then try undervolting? will that affect performance?

        Re: Help Locking down/optimizing X58A-UD3R

you can try it,it wont affect performance but it will help lower temps,if its not stable then you can always switch back to normal

          What he said

You will be fine trying that for sure, stock is just what Intel thought it might need, doesn't mean it has to have that much for any speed.
