I think it may be just your ambient temps are so high, not really sure.

So how hot is it in your house during the day and night, in F?

in my room i thinks its 34c im only using electric fan... on night i get 28-29c..

That (your night temps) is about 10-12 degrees warmer than many users houses may be during the day or night, so that may be why we think it is warm.

I still know what you mean though, since your other board is not that hot, but not sure how to help.

btw guys thanks for helping me..now may room temp i think is 36c because even the fan is directly facing to me i got sweat haha...

That's hot! The water in my setup is only 27C right now, and that is cooling the CPU, NB, and mosfets at 4.2Ghz
