MOBO problem with screen shots.

Brand-new build. On boot, I get the POST beep and that's all. Pressing the keys does nothing. Don't know where to start trouble shooting. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Corsair 650w power supply

Well, I took one stick of the Corsair memory out and I finally got into the BIOS.
But with both sticks the POST screen freezes-up like in the photo above.
This is Corsair XMS 1600mhz 9-9-9-24 1.65v c9 Model CMX4GX3M2A1600C9

The motherboard has two slots. With either stick of memory in either slot the PC will boot.
It just won't boot with memory in both slots at the same time.

What settings should I set in the BIOS at to get this to work with all 4GBs of memory?
Any help is appreciated.

What BIOS are you using? If you are unsure go to the MAIN Page of the BIOS and press F9

Is this memory on the QVL?

Try these changes.

QPI/VTT Voltage..........1.15000V.....[AUTO] << 1.2-1.25

SOLVED:
I double checked all settings in the BIOS and noticed this,
------ Integrated Peripherals -------
SATA ACHI Mode [IDE] (which is the default).
I simply changed this to:
SATA ACHI Mode [ACHI]
Magically, both sticks of memory worked and the board booted.
Total time to figure this out, 4 1/2 hours. Yes, I'm a retard.

I'll double check my settings against your suggestions....thanks.

True, but Corsair memory is weird like that. When i got my 4x 2GB they would only work at 800MHz. Then i noticed that the serial numbers on the modules were all mixed up (there were two separate 4GB kits, and not even within each kit was there a match), and i sent the memory back.

A week later it arrived with mention "factory replacement". Well i'm quite sure it's been that, because ALL FOUR modules arrived with incremental serial numbers, they were nice enough to send me 4 sticks of the same batch even though i had bought two separate kits. Sure enough, the new sticks ran like clockwork, and they still do.

this is crazy :D are you sure this was the only setting you changed?
