power over esata on x58a-ud3. does it support 12V?

Hello,

I have a power over esata loom ( Power Over eSATA USB 3.5" SATA HDD 22 pin Adapter Cable - eBay (item 160419768542 end time Apr-12-10 02:54:58 PDT) )
but there's no way to have it working with my ud3?
Do you know if the Esata port on board support the 12V like this controller:

What are you trying to use it with specifically? In the many images on ebay it shows several things it works with and a few it wont, so just checking.

You do have to enable the eSATA in the BIOS, but I am not sure what all it will work with. Many times cheap items like you show on ebay, and like IDE to SATA Adapters, do not work with various things, and you have to try a few of them before you find one that works with your hardware.
