you should have stopped it at 80c but nevermind,did you use dvid voltage or just leave it on normal? you might need to drop your overclock slightly if temps are getting too high
try with the same settings but set dvid to -0.0200v,maybe you can lower cpu voltage at load a little bit by setting it at -0.0200v
EDIT: just want to add that its IMPORTANT you dont let core temp go past 80c,stop the test or encoding if it reaches 80c
