AFAIK the E5200 has an FSB wall around 320-360MHz depending on the sample, so your best effort would be to find the highest FSB possible.
Up to 355MHz FSB (DDR-1420) timings 8-8-8-20 should be possible, then find the lowest possible tRD(Static tRead Value in BIOS) for both channels.
Keep CPU Ratio at 9 or 8.5 while you experimenting then raise it.
How are your CPU/core temperatures for this OC? What kind of CPU cooling do you use?

Yes the multiplier, just to avoid instability that is cause by CPU OC, 9 should be fine up to 366GHz since you already running 3.33GHz.
You may try to increase VTT(CPU Termination) a notch or two and see if it help with higher FSB.
I assume those were core temperatures?

I'd say save the money unless it really burns in your bones, or if you can get E7500 for your E5200 for not too much extra bucks.
In X-Bit labs article from 2 years ago the E5200 won the best price/performence ratio for C2D.
