Mr. Tweak, please don't ban me from the forum because of this post -- I'm not complaining about my motherboard or the RMA process.
I hate to keep bothering you guys and gals with administrative problems, but Gigabyte's RMA website is currently experiencing problems, and, to my surprise, the procedure for sending in a motherboard once one has received a RMA# can't be found anywhere else on the entire web.
So here I am with a RMA# and I've pulled the defective motherboard out of my PC. I remember enough that motherboards with 775 sockets being sent in have to have a CPU socket cover installed. But I can't remember any other details/requirements for sending in a RMA'ed item. Today is the second day that I haven't been able to get onto the RMA website, and each day that passes shrinks my RMA's 30-day window by 1 day. Does anyone have a copy of the RMA procedures that they could share with me?
Thanks.
