Installed Intel i5-750 quad core, and OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ600MXSP 600W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V SLI.

I get power for 5-6 seconds & then off. Then the system continually reboots. On for 5-6 seconds, then off.

Can anyone help with suggestions of what the issue could be?

Take a look at the checklist I've got linked in my signature, those are the most common causes for a boot failure.

It's probably one of those things, and if not we can check for more complex problems.

Nevermind, i took it back to Fry's & the technicians there had the same thing happen 3 times on all new equipment also. i gave up & got a refund.

Went to the GA-790XTA-UD4 w/ a Phenom II Quad core.
