GA-EX58-UD3R Reboot loop - no post
Gigabyte EX58-UD3R Intel X58 LGA1366 Motherboard
Intel Core i7-920 2.66Ghz 8M LGA1366 CPU
Corsair XMS3 6144MB PC12800 DDR3 1600MHz (3x2048)
Ultra LSP750 750w Power Supply
WD Caviar Black 1TB SATA HD 7200/32MB/SATA-3G
EVGA GeForce GTS 250 1GB PCIe w/Dual Link DVI
Samsung 16X DVDROM/ 32X CDRW Internal
Windows Vista Home Prem 64-bit
Computer discovered already shutdown would not power up only lit lights for a second. Disconnected everything from board except power still only lit lights. Replaced PSU (same PSU replaced by Ultra on RMA). Now powers up all fans,drives,etc. buts does not POST runs without POST for 30 seconds or so then repeats. Tried disconnecting everything but power and clearing CMOS.
Pulled board made sure CPU fan/heatsink seated securely, reinstalled board and double checked all connections, still powers up all fans,drives,etc. buts does not POST runs without POST for 30 seconds or so then repeats.
