GV-NX96T512HP rev. 3.0

Hi everyone! Couple of days ago i bought this Gigabyte Geforce 9600 GT 512 MB DDR3 Silent card to replace in my HTPC. And this is my first card that i experience it, the Bios and post sequence are not shown at full screen. My old 8600 and rest of the cards i had before, had always showed full screen. Ofcourse in Vista everything is ok after installing drivers and setting resolution. I just don't know, this is odd or common along the GFX's?

This card is PCIx 2.0 and i used it in PCIx 1.0. When i moved card to the rig with PCIx 2.0 it showed post sequence and bios in full screen like it should be.
