    Just a couple of thoughts:
    1. Fan blade obstruction (caught on something) bad fan.
    2. Try switching some wires around. When plugging wires into front panel headers, follow the instructions, diagrams, and charts in your motherboard manual. Pay close attention to the positive and negative pins and wires. In most cases the negatives are the white wires. Speaker negative are black wires.

      hi cheers for reply nothing that i can see is blocking it.
      ive tried plugging it into connectors on the mobo where other fans were plugged into and were working but no joy with this side fan.
      looks like it gone ah well not to worry.

        some mb fan connectors have 3pins some have 4,always go to the left side and plug in on the 4pin sockets,as for overvolting thats due to auto voltages,go in bios and set your ram voltage to what it says on ram module,cpu put on its normal setting in voltages,
