I'm looking to upgrade to a motherboard with 6 memmory slots. Newegg has the GA-EX58A-UD3R for $209 and Microcenter has the GA-EX58-UD5 for $223. The UD3R has SATA 6/USB3.0, 6 memmory slots and 4 graphics card slots. What advantages does the UD5 have other than better chipset cooling? Which one would you buy?

That would be ideal but I don't really want to spend that much. I'm also buying a couple sticks of DDR3 and I want to keep the total price as close to $300 as possible.920 D0, 4.3Ghz, 1.312v (24/7 OC)
