Problems with OC E8400 + GA-EG41MF-US2H

Hello Everyone,

just got a brand new GA-EG41MF-US2H Motherboard and an E8400.
tried overclocking, but i cant get my FSB above 343. enything higher causes the machine not to boot and resets the values. I read in another forum that from a guy who had exactly the sam, 343 and not a bit more. Is this a Fault in the Mainboard or the Chipset? Tried another E8400 from my desktop PC which runs @3,6 ghz sinca ages, no success. Tried also to replace the memory, nada. Latest Bios is on the Board (F4).Is it true that you can't overclock this board just like i read ? I also tried different voltages, mem speeds, i cant get the CPU higher than 3,08 GHZ @ FSB 343 :-( Any help ? Suggestions?

Might as well be the chipset. My P43 board for example won't go above 418FSB, while P35/P45 boards are capable to do 500+FSB.
What kind of memory do you have?
Post failed OC BIOS settings using the template in this post (delete irrelevant entries).
