thats really weird, generally a hard lockup is caused by unstable memory, when the IMC isnt able to run the ram properly, it'll cause a hard lockup (ie, too tight tREAD value)
since you can blend stress for 10 hours, this contradicts the above, so it could be locking up because of a display issue.
I think the easiest way to find out is to get someone to run your video card in their system overnight, if theres no freeze for them, then the card isn't causing it and you may need to increase your ICH Core voltage 1.1 up to between 1.14 and 1.2, then lock your pci-express bus to 100.
Im not sure what else to do and to test to figure out weather its the motherboard or the graphics causing the freezing.
