e-Sata Port Multiplier

I have a Gigabyte GA-P55-UD6 Motherboard. I received a gift of a Nextar Dual Bay Hard Drive Dock with 1 e-Sata output. The system requirements say that the system must support Port Multiplier (PM) specifications for dual hard drives.

Does my motherboard support this?
What do I need to do to use this Dock with 2 SATA drives?
