    I have following system:

    GIGABYTE 790FXTA-UD5
    AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition
    ASUS EAH5770/2DIS, 1GB DDR5 (4800MHz), ATI Radeon HD 5770
    4GB (KIT 2x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz CL9-9-9-24 CORSAIR TWIN3X XMS3 BOX
    CoolerMaster Silent Pro Active 700W Modular

    and after turning it on no POST, just lights on and fans running. The systym itself is assembled correcly. Any idea ?

    Try the memory in the white memory slots.
