Basically i am runnig 2x2 G.skill 2000MHz RAM right. My computer only wants to run 2GB and its annoying me. Sometimes (very rarely) will it run the whole 4. its in the right slots... what can i do?

its in the white slots?? did you test each stick one at a time in each white ram slot? it will boot from any white slot if its ok.try putting sticks in the last two white slots from cpu socket and tryGigabyte z77x UP4-TH F11c Modded Bios

Nope, using 64bit windows 7 ultimate. i had 1 stick in the blue and 1 in the white. now i have them in the 2nd and 4th slots (both white)
got a flamin blue screen this morning...Comment
