MemTest won't see keyboard?

After booting to the CD I burned, the test ran fine (no errors!) but, the system won't see the keyboard. Can't hit esc to get out. I have to hit reset to exit the program. What gives?

USB or PS/2 keyboard?
For USB you may need to enable USB Keyboard Function under Integrated Peripherals in BIOS.

USB and it is enabled in system peripherals. ???

Nope.
