Have you tried changing the cmos battery? When the computer is off it is still getting a minimal amout of juice. It could be that the battery is running down and the cmos is resetting. Do you leave the power plugged in? Or is it shut off by an external switch. If so you should rout the plug to keep that minimal power on. You can check this by the little LCD light on the motherboard. The LCD should always be on to show you have the minimal amount of power to keep the battery charged. I had that problem at the office. On weekends we shut the power off and the computer would reset over the weekend. I changed the battery and it was fine for a while, but then started doing this again on long weekends. We wired it away from the wall switch with the fax machine. This solved the problem.

      +1 ^^

Are you unplugging it? If not then you may need a new battery
