    Normaly we recommend Optimized defaults.
Can you please post a screen capture of MemSet main and SPD(click spd) windows?
You can find MemSet in http://forums.tweaktown.com/f69/late...30/#post284762

          Re: Problem with GA-EP45-DS3L

Try the following, load Optimized defaults, then change
          Code:
          DRAM Performance Control
          Performance Enhance...................: [STANDARD]

          MCH/ICH
MCH Core.....1.100V...........: 1.2 << Try 1.2-1.24v first then 1.05-0.95v if that does not help
Check ram voltage in PC Health Status after saving BIOS settings and reboot, if it is overvolted too much set it lower manually.

The second picture you posted is just right, you have any stability problems? What settings do you use for it?

Try my suggestions from post #5. More MCH Core maybe all you need.

                I tried

1.20 the computer shutdown after saving from BIOS
1.24 windows could not boot - Blue Screen

now with 0.95 and its ok

how I can be sure it is the correct settings
is there program to test ?

this is shots of the setting , its 1.24 in the picture but in BIOS now .95

                  Re: Problem with GA-EP45-DS3L

Run 6+ passes of memtest86+ first, then 6+ hours of Prime95/Orthos blend torture or OCCT CPU:OCCT large or medium data set.

EDIT: Check tRD (Performance Level in MemSet), try set it to 6(Static tRead Value in BIOS) for both channels if it's higher. You can also try and set Driving Strength 1066 for both channels manually.

Also be sure you are setting your ram voltage manually to 2.1-2.2V
