E8400 overclock on Gigabyte P45 UD3R motherboard, help please

Hello ,

I'm trying to OC my E8400 on this P45 UD3R motherboard.
I just played with the voltages and ran OCCT for 20 minutes, but I don't know if they're set correctly. Which should I lower and which should I raise?

Could you guys help me please?

Hi Mudkip there are tons of posts on this forum about Overclocking that you can look at and gather information on overclocking your rig. Here is a post where a Newbie is shown how to start your post to get the full benefit of the forum. Generally you have to start with loading optimized defaults and then following instructions from the senior members here. HEre is a sample post with a link-->>

Can you post screen capture of MemSet main(click >>) and SPD(click spd) windows?
Also please use the template in this post or the one after to post your full BIOS settings.

Add this system spec to your signature including link to ram specs or at least model/part number.
