Unusual. That implies it would work on Normal as well. The difference between +3 and normal and -3 and the rest is that one setting would survive stress testing longer than the others, or one would survive while the others would fail with error/s.

I have a question about the PCI Latency timer I've read that ,it's the cycles that the gpu is taking for calculation...? ,can u tell me what do u use,32/64/or 128? Is there a sweet spot?
