Seeing how gigabyte usually is slow with releasing drivers, trying to determine what the model is of the onboard lan. I've heard its the Realtek 8111D. Any confirmation?

The lan works, but to keep up on the drivers, REALTEK usually releases new drivers on their website, which in turn takes a month or two to appear on gigabytes site.I7 - 2600K

I see in that post, Realtek RTL8111/8168 Lan Driver-7.006.0921 (Win 7 32/64)

They are not. Used the driver in that post, and the NIC wasn't working with that driver. Any other opinions?I7 - 2600K
