GA-P55-UD5 won't turn on properly

Ok, I just got my new motherboard, CPU and RAM and I'm having this annoying error.

Whenever I turn on my machine, it turns on for one second and it shuts off itself. I tried removing the video card, RAM, even CPU and it still happens. So its not either these components. I've even disconnected all cablesIts not my power supply either because I have a spare and it does the same thing.

I even removed the battery for a few minutes and placed it back in, no avail. Does this mean that my motherboard is DOA and I have to RMA it? Hate when stuff like this happens....

could be your ram,do you have any other to try? or try with one stick
